Pratham Creativity Club is an open, tech-enabled, community-oriented initiative to foster creativity and innovation amongst children and youth and help them prepare for life. The program involves a mix of creating projects, using physical materials and contextualized, activity-based digital content. The overall aim is to not just encourage children to think ‘outside the box’ but to get them to act upon their ideas. It also shows them how innovation is not just about a bright eureka moment, but also the work that goes into turning ideas into reality.
Children
10-14 years
Children access creative content, engage with each other in groups and participate in creativity club activities. These activities offer them opportunities to apply their cognitive and physical skills across distinct domains.
YOUTH
14-18+ years
Youth volunteers, whilst pursuing their own learning goals (through remote mentorship, digital learning courses, and workshops/camps), facilitate creativity club with children and other members in their community.
